The authentic Pastiera Napoletana

Our Miele cooked wheat has always been the best ingredient to prepare the authentic Pastiera Napoletana. We select only the most tender Italian wheat grain, only the softest Italian wheat, so that when you prepare it the Pastiera will also be fluffy, juicy and tasty.
The Pastiera Napoletana is a typical Italian cake of the region of Naples. It is made with shortbread, cooked wheat, ricotta cheese, eggs, and the intense orange flowers flavouring. It is also usual to have it during Easter.

Pastiera Rustica
